444d Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

Use of the 444d platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active 444d account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 444d enforces a strict minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards and will request CNIC or other government-issued identification to verify age at any stage.
• You must be accessing 444d for your own personal, recreational use. Use of 444d on behalf of another person, or for commercial or professional purposes without prior written agreement from 444d, is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of 444d or any of its affiliated software or service providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gaming platforms, including any self-exclusion you may have previously activated through your own 444d account settings.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where your participation would expose either you or 444d to legal liability.

444d reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by 444d support may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

To access 444d's casino and betting services, you must register a personal account through the 444d Login page. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 444d account. If 444d identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts may be forfeited at 444d's sole discretion.

Account Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or any other registered information changes, you must update your account promptly through account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. 444d cannot be held responsible for failed communications or delayed payments resulting from outdated account information.

Login Credentials: Your username and password are personal and confidential. You must not share your 444d credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 444d support immediately and change your password. 444d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

444d processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of supported methods will always be displayed in the 444d account cashier section.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 444d balance within seconds of confirmation on your mobile wallet. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one business day. 444d does not charge fees on deposits on its end; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 444d bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank: typically processed within 1–3 business days

Identity Verification for Withdrawals: 444d may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This may include submission of a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. These measures are in place to protect players against fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Funds in Your Account: 444d holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Your PKR balance on 444d represents funds held on your behalf and is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms, any applicable wagering requirements, and completion of any pending identity verification steps.

444d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting specials during PSL and major international series. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, which take precedence over these general Terms where they differ. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms attached to that offer.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by 444d are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (and in some cases, the accompanying deposit amount) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus can be processed. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for that offer.

Bonus Abuse: 444d employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of play that are inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming and that appear designed to exploit bonus offers in a systematic manner. Patterns that may be flagged include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk, high-coverage bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and withdrawing immediately after wagering requirements are met on a consistent basis without further play. Where bonus abuse is identified, 444d reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• 444d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have claimed the offer.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the interpretation of those terms by 444d management shall be final.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on 444d are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game's software provider and is displayed within the game information panel. 444d does not alter or interfere with RNG outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a casino game round that prevents a game from completing normally, the round will be treated as void and any stake placed will be returned to the player's balance.

Sports Betting: The 444d sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — as well as other sports. Bet settlement is conducted in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). 444d reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, where markets were offered in error, or where the result is subject to an unresolved official inquiry at the time of settlement.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or made unavailable at any time at 444d's discretion, particularly in the event of technical disruptions, data feed interruptions, or unexpected developments during a match. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will be honoured unless they fall within a ground for voiding described above.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• 444d reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size for any individual player, market, or event without prior notice and without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets placed in error by a player cannot be cancelled once confirmed through the bet slip.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444d platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with the prohibited activity will be forfeited:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using 444d to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or conduct any financial crime as defined under applicable law.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market, including sharing hand or card information in live games.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with 444d games or betting markets in a manner not authorised by 444d.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith after deposits have been received and used on the platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or creating an account using another person's identity or payment credentials.
• System Abuse: Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or unintended features of the 444d platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to 444d support and will not be considered valid.

444d is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Increases to a deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play to encourage breaks and self-assessment.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your 444d account for a defined period between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account cannot be used to deposit or play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion, which will close your 444d account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect upon confirmation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444d's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether 444d was advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the 444d platform that is subsequently found to contain an error

444d does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to services. 444d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

Termination by Player: You may close your 444d account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to the usual withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.

Termination by 444d: 444d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 1 of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected or suspected
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires account action
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed by 444d due to a breach of these Terms, any balance on the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for any other reason, any real-money balance will be returned to the player following the standard withdrawal process.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 444d operates. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, 444d encourages players to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to an independent adjudicator or arbitration process in accordance with the procedures established under the applicable gaming regulations. 444d's decision on all gaming matters — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions — shall be considered final in the absence of manifest error.

These Terms are written in English and the English language version shall be the definitive version in any dispute, regardless of any translation that may be provided for convenience.
